International Conference on
Sustainable Mathematical Modelling and Computational Techniques
(SMMCT-2026)
13th & 14th March 2026
The International Conference on Sustainable Mathematical Modelling and Computational Techniques (SMMCT-2026) is proposed as a global platform that unites researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to advance sustainable solutions through mathematical and computational innovations. The conference focuses on developing and applying modeling, simulation, and optimization tools that address challenges in energy efficiency, environmental preservation, sustainable manufacturing, and resource management.
This conference will focus on key techniques such as numerical methods (finite element, finite difference, and boundary element), optimization algorithms, and machine learning approaches will form the foundation for discussions aimed at analyzing, predicting, and optimizing complex systems across diverse engineering and environmental domains.
The event encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and promotes the exchange of knowledge on integrating mathematics, computation, and sustainability principles to design smarter, greener, and more resilient systems. Through its technical sessions, keynote lectures, and workshops, SMMCT-2026 will highlight emerging trends, foster international cooperation, and strengthen research capacity in sustainable computational modeling.
Objectives
Sreyas Institute of Engineering & Technology (SIET), established in the vibrant educational hub of Hyderabad, Telangana, is a premier institution committed to excellence in technical education, research, and innovation. Strategically located near Nagole, the institute offers a dynamic learning environment that integrates academia with industry exposure.
SIET offers high-quality undergraduate programs in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), CSE (AI & ML), CSE (Data Science), and Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), aligned with global trends and delivered through an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework. The institute’s 240 qualified faculty members, including 50 Ph.D. holders, mentor over 3,500 students in an ecosystem enriched by advanced laboratories, smart classrooms, and incubation centers.
With 467 research publications, including 100 in Q1 & Q2 journals, SIET demonstrates a strong focus on research in emerging areas such as AI, ML, Data Analytics, IoT, and Embedded Systems. Hosting several Centres of Excellence (CoEs) — including Cisco, VLSI Design, Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Centre for Data Science, and Robotics Research Center — SIET fosters innovation, collaboration, and hands-on learning.
The institute’s Incubation Centres, such as the Akella Systems Incubation Centre and the Manufacturing and CNC Incubation Centre, promote entrepreneurship and product development. Notable initiatives like the Sreyas Mobile Air Conditioner (SMAC) exemplify SIET’s commitment to transforming innovative ideas into real-world solutions.
With its focus on research-driven education, innovation, and social responsibility, SIET continues to evolve as a Centre of Excellence, nurturing creativity, competence, and character among the next generation of engineers and technologists.
